Our Story
Canoga Park Family Dentistry was founded with a simple belief: every patient deserves to feel genuinely cared for, not just treated. We opened our doors in Canoga Park over 15 years ago and have grown entirely through word of mouth — a testament to the relationships we build with every patient who walks through our door.
We are a family practice in every sense of the word. We treat patients from their very first tooth through their senior years, and we've had the privilege of caring for multiple generations of the same families. That continuity of care — knowing your history, your concerns, your goals — is something we take enormous pride in.
Our team is bilingual in English and Spanish, and we work hard to make every patient feel welcome, understood, and at ease — whether it's your first visit or your fiftieth.

Lead Dentist & Founder
Dr. Farnaz Sheikholaemmeh, DDS
Dr. Sheikholaemmeh founded Canoga Park Family Dentistry after completing her Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Southern California (USC) Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry. With over 18 years of clinical experience, she specialises in comprehensive family dentistry, cosmetic restorations, and Invisalign. She is a member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, and the San Fernando Valley Dental Society. Dr. Sheikholaemmeh is passionate about preventive care and believes that an informed patient is an empowered one.
Associate Dentist
Dr. Mehdi Moradiseresht, DDS
Dr. Moradiseresht joined the practice after completing his Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Southern California (USC) Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry. He brings a gentle, patient-centred approach to general and restorative dentistry, with a particular interest in digital dentistry and same-day restorations. Outside the office, Dr. Moradiseresht volunteers with local community health clinics to provide dental care to underserved populations.
